Once you’ve placed your order, we’re on the ball to make sure you receive it promptly. No-one likes waiting. Especially for their Sing Gin.

UK Shipping (excluding Northern Ireland): £5.95 (2-3 working days)

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.

Our personalised gin gifts by post are shipped in branded cardboard boxes, if you require an unbranded box please let us know in the gift message section at checkout.

Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for customers to call their local depot.

Please note we do not currently ship outside of UK Mainland.

Returns Policy

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1. You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
2. Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
3. Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will re-send a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost your original delivery.
